Join us for Cheese 610 - this isn't your ordinary Beer Pairing, it is a deep dive into the world of cheese. We love cheese, who doesn't? We know we love it but what makes each type of cheese so different? How does the type of milk make cheese differ? What makes a cheddar vs a gouda? What does aging do to a cheese?
Our host, World Cheese Judge, Author and our Professor, Michael Landis will be with us to talk cheese and educate us about this most addictive fermented delight. We will sample several variations of a single family of cheese each session, learn about how it’s made, how each differs from the other cheeses and how each pairs uniquely with different styles of beer.
This session will feature Soft Ripened Bloomy Rind Cheeses such as Double Creme, Triple Creame, Camembert & Specialty cheeses.
